Purchased team credits never expire and generate without a watermark.

How are credits charged?⌄
Base images are about 8 credits each and video about 6 credits per second. Model, resolution, duration, and candidate count change the total; Aibubu shows an estimate before submission.
When do monthly and yearly credits expire?⌄
Monthly and yearly plans both grant credits each month. Unused monthly credits expire at the next grant and do not roll over; yearly plans commit for one year and are billed annually. Personal credits never pay for API usage.
How does selected-model pricing work?⌄
Pro and Ultra receive the configured lower credit price on selected models. The server applies it automatically and the pre-generation quote remains authoritative; no model is unmetered.
Can I cancel or request a refund?⌄
You can turn off renewal and keep benefits through the current period. A refund may be requested within 7 days only when none of the plan credits have been used.
What is the difference between personal and team?⌄
Personal offers monthly/yearly subscriptions and growth rewards, without API keys. Team only sells permanent credit packs and supports API keys with a shared web/API wallet.
Do team web and API share credits?⌄
Yes. Team workspace generation and Open API calls debit the same team wallet. Personal credits never pay for API usage.
Do team credit packs expire?⌄
No. Team permanent packs have no expiry and fund both team web generation and API calls.
Can personal workspaces create API keys?⌄
No. API keys belong only to active team workspaces. Create or switch to a team before managing keys.
